To increase the quality of practices of family child care providers, this facilitated huddle will share information, news, knowledge, ideas, and offer support through shared experiences.

Each session includes discussions on a topic of interest that will directly benefit children and families by providing tools and strategies to support providers as they interact and provide quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

This HeartSaver course trains participants to recognize and respond to illnesses and injuries involving infants, children, and adults during the critical first moments before professional help arrives. Participants will learn how to provide first aid, perform CPR, and safely use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a timely and effective manner.
