<title><![CDATA[Keeping Kids Safe (AHT/SIDS/MRT) ~ April - June]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[(Fri, 01 May 2026 All Day)
<p><strong>April 1 - June 30, 2026</strong></p>  <p>1.5 hours self-paced, e-learning</p>  <p>Self Paced, E-Learning is available through ECExplorer. Participants will work at their own pace to complete this course within the set timeframe. After successful completion of the training participants will be entered into the WI Registry.</p>  <p>Cost ~ $15</p>  <p><strong>Abusive Head Trauma (AHT) Prevention*: </strong><br />During this module you will gain awareness of AHT, its adverse consequences and how it is preventable. You will develop the knowledge and skills to handle the challenges and frustrations of infant crying, including soothing strategies and help you support and educate parents and other staff about AHT.</p>  <p><strong>Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Risk Reduction*:</strong> <br />During this module you will dive into the ABC&rsquo;s of safe sleep and why it is important for the children in your care. This module uses material from Sleep Baby Safe through the Children&rsquo;s Health Alliance of WI.</p>  <p><strong>Mandated Child Abuse and Neglect Reporter*:</strong> <br />During this module you will gain knowledge on child abuse and neglect reporting requirements.
