We have complete woodworking, metalworking, and plastic molding facilities, including a 4ft x 8 ft CNC, LASER cutting and embossing, three types of welders, a plasma cutter and 2 ft x 4 ft vacuum molding capacity, plus the people who know how to use them.

We teach each other (training for non-members under development). We work on personal projects and projects that serve the community.

We meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon at our Nepean workshop, 109 Anwatin St., Nepean.

We have a large shelter in the event of showers. 

Time: 10:30 am to 2:00 pm; Arrival at your leisure.

Location: Trolley station, Britannia Park Long Gazebo, Ottawa, ON K2B 6E1 

(Use Brittania Beach parking lot if arriving by car)

Pack your own lunch, join us  at the trolley station in Britannia Park whenever suits you from 10:30 am.

Bottled water will be provided, don’t forget your sunscreen and feel free to bring a camp chair if you wish. The chairs make for great talking circles along with the picnic benches.

Shareable snacks and desserts are always appreciated but not required.
