Yoga for the Second Half of Life is a class designed to soothe and strengthen the body and mind. A flowing, meditative style of practice is emphasized to encourage tension to unwind without force. Instructor bio: Emmie Roe Stamell, RYT, C.Ay. has been a student of the healing arts for twenty years and facilitating Yoga and meditation classes in a variety of settings since 2004. Emmie has accumulated thousands of hours of training in Yoga, bodywork, and meditation. It’s her great honor to support students and clients in attaining mental and physical wellbeing through Yoga and personalized holistic health counseling.
