Swing dance nights hosted by Revolution Modern Dance's Amanda Comi and colleagues, will start with a brief lesson at 7pm followed by social dancing until 10pm. Every 1st Friday May through October. All-ages, beer/wine may be available for 21+.

Brother Rust is a Frederick, Maryland-based Americana rock and soul band. The group was formed in 2022 in Denver, Colorado as a songwriting project, but later evolved into a live act in 2024 when head producer, Charlie Spence, moved to Maryland. Spence brings extensive live performance experience including multiple performances at AXS and Live Nation venues across Colorado. 

Guitarist and singer Georgia Rae Braun's music has been described as 'noir Americana'. She is joined by her band The Drunken Saints to deliver sad songs with loud guitars.

The award-winning brainchild of artist Heather Theresa Clark in collaboration with MIT's Digital Structures Research Group for construction and the Frederick Arts Council for arts programming and management, Sky Stage celebrated it's grand opening in September 2016. What was supposed to be a temporary public art installation and community art-space became a beloved seasonal linchpin of the creative community offering theater, literature, yoga and fitness classes, events just for kids, nature, comedy and improv, salsa, swing, and line dances, and tons of live music under the stars!
