  fasting\, silence\, yoga\, meditation and nature immersion. The fasting p
 ractices include refraining from eating food\, using mobiles and laptops a
 s well as staying in silence. In contrast\, and in balance\, the feasting 
 practices involve developing a heightened awareness of the nourishment pro
 vided by the nature elements that can ease and energise our minds and bodi
 es.  Develop non-judgemental awareness of your body\, breath\, thoughts & 
 emotions by listening deeply to your body as you move\, the sounds around 
 you while walking in nature\, and to your thoughts and emotions while you 
 practice yoga asanas and in meditation. This is a 6 hour retreat. Attendee
 s will receive a full list of materials for the specific retreat they book
 . Participants should have a yoga mat however no prior yoga experience is 
 required. Participants will receive a list of suitable foods to bring to b
 reak their fast which will be eaten in silence. No prior fasting experienc
