Pioneer Days Celebration

Canyonville Pioneer Days - Last weekend in Aug. Thursday thru Sunday. Old-fashioned, small-town fun is the backbone for this community event held at Pioneer Park.  39th consecutive year in 2005. Past Pioneer Days have offered barbecues, pie auctions, cake walks, bingo, a parade, car shows, frog jumps, tugs of war, an antiques and collectibles show, dances, a craft show, street dance, festival in the park, amateur logging contest, Storytelling, Beard Contest, Fiddle Contest.
