Come out to Watseka's Old Courthouse Museum from 4-7 pm to enjoy a delicious cod fish sandwich and tartar sauce, chips, and a drink!  Whether you prefer carry-out or to eat on the grounds, it will be delicious either way.

Cash or checks only - proceeds support the Iroquois County Historical Society and the Old Courthouse Museum.

Come join in the fun at the Harvest Daze Fall Festival Pumpkin Contest!  The theme is 'Fun with Pumpkins' - you can either carve or paint, we're just celebrating all the creative ideas!

Winners are chosen for youth, adult, and organizational/group entries.

Register before 4:00 pm on Friday, October 1.  Pumpkin set-up is from 8:00 - 10:00 am on Saturday, October 2. Pick up a registration form and complete rules at the Old Courthouse Museum in Watseka, or register online at www.iroquoiscountyhistoricalsociety.com/pumpkincontest2021.

There is no charge to participate.

Come spend an afternoon touring the murals of Pontiac by trolley with an experienced guide while supporting the United Way of Livingston County!

Donor Eligibility Criteria: Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. For questions about eligibility, please call ImpactLife at (800) 747-5401.

Donors who last gave blood on or before 8/17/21 are eligible to give at this drive.

All donors will receive a voucher for either a Retro Style T-Shirt or a $5 Gift Card redeemable at Amazon, Target, Starbucks, Lowe’s, or Walmart!!

Colfax - Halloween Lighted Trail

The Blue Ribbon Kids 4-H Club invites everyone to come to their annual Lighted Trail event on Saturday, October 23 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm in Octavia Park, Colfax.

The Colfax Fire Department and Village of Colfax will be providing dinner in the large pavilion so stop and get something to eat!  Pulled pork, hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided.

If you've been collecting plastic bottle caps and lids, we would love for you to bring them that evening - we are so close to having enough for our second set of benches!
