Thread Topic	What's the deal with Premium subscriptions failing?
Thread Body	We have subscribed to Premium service for some time now. On April 22 PayPal processed a payment to Localendar.com for our automatic renewal, but now our Localendar.com account has been downgraded to Standard service. This means ads are appearing in our calendar and all of the clip art that we have uploaded has disappeared. We demand that Localendar.com rectify this immediately, restoring our Premium service, removing all advertising and restoring our missing clip art. This poor quality service is completely unacceptable. From the messages we are seeing here, Localendar.com has some serious problems. If Localendar.com can't get it together, your customers will start leaving in droves. Word to the wise!
