Thread Topic	24 hour format not displaying correctly
Thread Body	I have changed the time format to 24 hour view but the hours are displaying e.g. "1200" "1500" , not "12:00" "15:00" etc. - the ":" is missing. I am sorry if there is such thread already but I couldn't find it. Thank you :)
