Account didn't renew automatically
Hello,

We purchased a premuim package last year that was set to expire on May 9, 2008. I had read in previous posts that subscriptions are supposed to automatically renew; however, we lost our premium service on the expirations date and the credit card used orginally was not charged.

Can you please explain why this happened?
