I don't understand this... there is a link to "Watch this thread" on any thread you are currently viewing. Why would you expect there to be one on the "My Profile" page ? Also, to make sure you correctly receive emails from localendar, try requesting your password from the homepage. Some ISPs may mistakenly treat localendar email as spam.
