Unsubscribe immediately. Localendar's unethical practices and communication failure. Localendar does not provide any means of unsubscribing on its website. The last message/reply in a forum on the question was from 2009. Localendar's response was that the subscriber would need to file a dispute with Paypal. Several messages sent to Localendar regarding this issue have not yet received a response. Localendar charged its annual fee to my Paypal account one month before the subscription renewal was due. I want to terminate my Localendar account immediately and have the fee returned to my Paypal account without further delay. Being unable to easily unsubscribe from Localendar via it's website seems unethical and a very poor business practice. Unsubscribe my account immediately and return the fee charged to me one month in advance of the subscription's renewal date. |
