Re: Our users can't submit events. Error mesasge Hi, I'm not having this problem, and several people have posted successfully. We had three within 24 hours of each other who mailed in to say they were getting the same error message (with a different ID number each time). There may be others who didn't bother to mail. This hasn't happened before. Since then we have had no more complaints. It may be that they shared some non-related update issue. If I hear from anyone else I will contact you. Otherwise, if there are no known issues I'm happy to assume all is well. Thanks for your speedy response. Much appreciated. |
