Re: Sudden loss of premium features! We've still had no response to the ticket we raised on this on Saturday although it seemed to submit successfully: "The form was submitted successfully. Ticket #18599 has been created for your issue." Sorry to chase again but this is really important to us. We've paid twice for the webmaster subscription but it still hasn't activated. The adverts make a terrible impression to visitors to our website, people can't see the custom icons for our different events and our members aren't able to use the other premium features which are vital to our operation. |
