Thanks Marc,

On a whim last week, I tried several guesses "?categories=all,null,-1,viewall,etc" , plugging in words or values that I hoped would take care of it, and I actually thought I had tried that very one. Obviously not though, anyway I'll try your syntax below and let you know how it goes.
