Can't access "Administrative" link in new Forums
I am following the instructions but there is no "Administration link" near the top of my Forum homepage to add new Categories and Forums. It is supposted to be visible to me (the Calendar/Forums Owner) when I have signed in to localendar.com.

How do I add topics if I can't access the "Administrative" page?
