Premium service expired
When attempting to log in to our discussion board, there is a message that says that our premium service has expired. Last year, we sent a check for payment of $29.95, after which our PayPal account was automatically drafted by LoCalendar on Oct. 6th for $29.95. We tried to contact LoCalendar, but go no response. So according to our records, we should have paid for a two year subscription. Can you tell me how our premium service can be expired now and what we need to do to correct this problem?
