Re: Members can add an event, but not delete? Help please
Currently there is not - but we're open to suggestions smile

Adding an event to your calendar (if you choose to enable this feature) does not require visitors to create an account with localendar.com. Internally, we refer to this as "anonymous event adding". So there is no way to tell which visitor added what. In light of this, we can't let visitors delete/edit events because someone could accidentally (or intentionally) delete everything on your calendar or create mayhem by changing event details.

That is why there is a setting on this feature that keeps events hidden until the calendar owner reviews them for approval.

We've toyed about given people a special code so they can go back and edit an event later, but this has some problems too. First off, would anyone save it? Second, it the calendar owner has approved an event - do we let them change it? Realistically, you can't, so the calendar owner has to approve it again, even for a small change (and during this time, the event is hidden again).

If you have regular contributors to a calendar, consider setting up a merged calendar(s). This way, your contributors can maintain their own calendars events as often as they'd like (on their personal calendars), and they'll be automatically displayed on your main calendar. You already have this feature as part of your Premium Webmaster subscription.
