what's going on My calendar now has gaps between the weeks in Month view. The dates are in the gaps not in the day itself like they use to be. Also I am getting the below message intermittently when I go from Month/day/week or to the next month. Is this problem system wide?Oops ! We encountered an error while trying to process your request. Our system administrator has been notifed. Please reference Error Id: -855298082 in any communications. Re: what's going on Yes, I have been getting this "Error Id: -1467256078 in any communications" with a different error code each time, ANY time I try to change between any screen or try to click to another part of the app. This has been happening since late Monday night (07/23/2012). Do we know if Tech Support is looking into this? Thanks! -Donna |

Re: what's going on I'm having the exact same problems and I use this for my business calendar, so I've suffered all day. Would be really good to know if someone is looking at this. I feel pretty helpless right now. |

Re: what's going onAlso, I went back to earlier months and there are entire weeks missing and in future months same thing. From the view on the club website if a week doesn't have something posted in it the days are completely gone. Just the dates appear. I have used "my calendar in an <iframe>" on the club website since 2004 and have not had this kind of a major issue. View of calendar on website is: Club Calendar If you browse through the months you see what I'm talking about. (exp. jan 2012 or Dec 2012) Hopefully will be fixed soon ---------------------------------------- ccccwebsite Circle City Corvette Club |

Re: what's going on Thats really great to know you have never had such problems and have been a member for such a long time... We moved over from Ical only two months ago but use this religiously and was about to upgrade, but feel a little scared now.. I really hope support post something on the forum and at least let us know it's being looked at.. |

Re: what's going on I took a stab at this, and sent an email to 'info@localendar.com' and included a screenshot of one of the errors. I use this calendar for my holistic center, and really need it to be functioning properly since I can't add or change events with the blue screen popping up at nearly every click. I have only been a member for about 20 days, and I am glad to hear that you have been using this calendar since 2004 and haven't had any serious issues. I am starting to rethink my choice here. Hopefully, someone from Tech Support will respond now. It seems like that info@ email went thru since it has not bounced back to me. keeping my fingers crossed! -Donna ![]() |

Re: what's going on Posted my original Posts here in the Webmaster Corner. Never actually posted here in Known Problems. Maybe we'll get a response from Support there. ---------------------------------------- ccccwebsite Circle City Corvette Club |

Re: what's going on Hey folks, This issue should be corrected. Please let us know if you still have this problem. Apologies for not addressing this issue sooner. I'm cross-posting this to a bunch of similar threads. The issue was what intended to be a simple patch intended to address some cross-browser CSS issues (I hate to blame IE, but guess what?). Unfortunately, there was a very subtle bug which did not come out in our testing. It was subtle enough that it took us a bit to trace it back to the patch. We should have at least posted an update that we were looking into this; I know the lack of communication from our side made members wonder if we were even aware of the issue. Please accept our apologies. One minor note: This should only have hit the signed-in user of the calendar. People anonymously hitting the public calendar view should not have been affected. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
