How to change billing information?
I signed up for localendar.com for an organization (our local chamber of commerce). I need to turn over the work to someone else but, since I signed up, will my PayPal ID continue to be billed? How can I get that changed?

You should cancel your existing subscription with PayPal, and have the new maintainer sign up for a renewal some time before the current subscription expires.
