Is woodburyumc the account you used? I can't find a record under that name in PayPal. Would you happen to have their transaction id?

Got it.

The support form and forums are still the best way to reach us. Spam has just crippled the support@localendar.com address, as well as made our email server a target for sites trying to relay junk messages (they can't, but it doesn't stop the bots from trying).

Unfortunately, this has affected our support time for specific issues like yours, but the hope was the the forums serve as a knowledge base of common issues.
