Differant time zonesHi, I am interested in using your calendar (Premium version), however I am facing a problem : I would like to use the calendar as an international calendar, where our world wide located partners can subscribe to an on demand event. All should be able to see the calendar in order to find a "free window" to insert the time they want to use our on demand event. Since they all are located in different time zones, how can I overcome this problem? Is there a way to insert the meeting in their local time and the calendar will do the "time translation" to a common selected time zone I chose? Thanks for your prompt answer ![]() ---------------------------------------- Patrick Attias | Senior Training Manager| RAD Data Communications Ltd. | 24, Raoul Wallenberg St. (Ziv Towers, Building C) | Tel-Aviv 69719 | Israel | Tel:+ 972-3-6458158 | Fax:+ 972-3-6498250 | Email: patrick_a@rad.com | |

Re: Differant time zones Sigh - better internationalization of the calendars is something we've been working towards (Hopefully, we will beat the next version of Outlook which finally adds some of these features )There are 2 key points to your message: Support event entry in timezones other than US ones (what we currently have) and Support translation of all those timezones to where a viewer is currently located. We did some work with the latter, but had to role it back due to browser compatibility issues. I think that will be corrected soon, however. Currently, there is not a mechanism for achieving what you're after. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
