Calendar and discussion board with menu in french I would like to subscribe to a Premium Webmaster account (= 29.95 US Dollars / year ) in order to have a Discussion Board which I will later integrate / embed to my website. Before taking that step, I would like to know if it is possible to customize and translate all the menues from english into french? When I say "all the menues" I referer to " Thread, Author, Replies, Views, Last Post, Post new thread, all threads in this forum, Recent thread, My Profile, Topic, My Calendar etc....". That's in fact the only hurdle that prevent me from subscribing to a paying account as all the visitors to my website are only french speaking persons. Best regards Alex |

It is definitely possible to configure the discussion forum for French under "My Profile" - but I understand that you, as the forum owner, want the default for anyone visiting the forum to be French. I want the default in French for anyone visiting my upcoming forum and I look forward to hearing from you on that matter in the days to come and I hope you'll find a solution as soon as possible. There is a large public of hundres of million non english speaking people that Localendar.com is missing. That's a huge market to conquer provided that the default menue is also availbale in diverse languages - french as far as I'm concerned. Regarding the translation of all menues into French, I can do it for Localandar.com without any cost on your side. Alex. |

You should be able to sign out of these forums, then sign into your account at: http://www.localendar.com/forums/lesivoiriens and access the link to set up topics/categories. Re: Calendar and discussion board with menu in french I was able to enter the forum you created for me by following your instructions. The problem is that there is no possibility to customize it when I get there. So I cannot customize the menues in french. Hope you'll be able to fix the problem. |
