Premium Service Didn't Activate
I received thismessage after paypal confirmed my payment for premium services on 3/10.

We're sorry,

There was an error processing your payment and/or activating your subscription. Please contact support@localendar.com, and be sure to include your member name.

I sent a note to support with this message and premium services still aren't active.

I sent a followup email on the 11th and haven't heard back yet.

Is there something I need to do on my end?

Re: Premium Service Didn't Activate
I see what the problem(s) are:

First, there are 2 TimScott calendars in the system. One create at localendar.com, and another at a cobranding partner site, a1calendars.com.

Further, neither account email address matches your paypal one. So this prevented the system from figuring out which account to upgrade. If you'll let me know which account is yours (say, by providing the @xxx.com part of the email address on the account), we can upgrade it. Also, if you'd like to change your member name, you can do that before/after by using the Security tab under the Options screen,

Re: Premium Service Didn't Activate
The url email is someone@timscottonline.com.

I don't use my private info as published info for obvious reasons, but it was required to pay for the account. I didn't know about the other calendar you mentioned, unless it's something we tested before settling on Localendar.

I can change the username if you wish, since I'm imbedding it anyway. Just let me know.

What more do you need?

I'll check this board later this evening or you may send me an email.

Thanks for your welcomed assistance.

Re: Premium Service Didn't Activate
Actually, I was trying to find the email address on the localendar account so I know which one's yours. One is @timscott.addr.com and the other is @triad.rr.com

Recognize either? I'm also going to edit your earlier post to remove your email address. There are scraper bots that harvest email addresses for spam by scanning public forums.
