Next, Previous Month Arrows not visible
I am helping a non-profit group with their calendar.

I can see the arrows for next month and previous month on the localendar site at http://www.localendar.com/public/UMCAD, but I cannot see them on our website at http://www.umcad.org/calendar.html.

How can I correct this?

You are using the non-interactive version of the calendar on your site. If you sign in to localendar, and click Publish on the left menu, you can generate the html for a "fully-interactive" embedded calendar.
