Pop-up Windows
When you click on an event it opens up in a pop-up window, is there a way I can make this window pop-up bigger?

The size is fixed, by default. But there is a way you can do what you want. Under Options->Events in the box for "Common Event information", you can paste something like the following:

<script>
this.resizeTo(500,500);
</script>

That will make all your event windows "Pop" to the new size when they are opened.
