Billing me without authorization This is one of several emails that I have written to you during the past two years. You were asked to cancel my premium account in 2006 however you did not have the courtsey to reply. This morning I was again charged $.9.95 US for a premium account; another charge that was not authorized by me. I have notified Pay Pal that you continue to charge me for an account that I have asked you to close. I expect a credit on my credit card for the amount that you charged me today, September 16, 2007 in the amount of $9.95 US. Since you received several emails from me in 2006 asking you to please close this account and to stop charging me immediately you ignored my request and charged me $9.95 for 2006. I expect a credit for this amount as well. My email address is widebertha@shaw.ca and the account name at localendar.com is SMHA. I expect a resolution to this problem ASAP. Widebertha |

Re: Billing me without authorization You are always in full control of cancelling your subscription through PayPal - and the process is pretty simple: Log in to your PayPal account. Click the History subtab. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years. Click Search. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
