Subscription Renewed without my Authorization. I have been notified by PayPal that my subscription payment has been made. I did not authorize that renewal payment. I have notified PayPal for a refund. I notified support@localendar.com, the email address provided to PayPal, and the response was that localendar does not accept emails and I must use the forum. So, refund my $29.95! There is still a serious performance issue that has not been resolved. I will decide whether on not to resubscribe. |

Re: Subscription Renewed without my Authorization. Subscriptions within PayPal are auto-renewing, so when you signed up that constitutes an agreement to renew. We do not hit PayPal for the renewal, it is performed automatically. if you search for "renewal" here, or on PayPal's site you can find numerous threads on how to cancel your subscription. If you don't cancel it, you will be rebilled next year as well.
