Purchased Premium Subscription but it still isnt activated
Hello I recently purchased the $10 plan and it has been over 30 minutes and it still isnt activted. I need to have the Ads taken off of my calander because some are inappropriate for our school and I have prents complaining. can you please help me and see if my subscription has been activated so I can take off the Ads. Thanks

I just checked your calendar (Sun, 6pm est) and your subscription should be active through 2009. Please log-out and then back into your calendar and you should be all set.

I just purchased the 29.95 Premium subscription and paid through Paypal. Paypal has confirmed the payment has been made. It's been about 20 minutes (instructions say 10 min or less) and I still don't have access to the Premium items.

I just checked again, and I now have access. Perhaps the reference to "10 min or less" should be removed!!!

Both of these subscriptions are active. It may be that PayPal was a little late in sending the notification to us.
