renewed subscription - date not changing
We have renewed our subscription and our credit card has been charged and the date has not changed to the next year. I have submitted the problem three times but have gotten no response. It could be that our email is rejecting the localendar email so I have tried my own personal email and I am waiting for a response. Is there anything else I can do?

thanks a lot for straightening out our renewal date - however it should be May 21, 2006 - the expiration was May 21, 2005. Can you fix that too? Thanks

We're having the same problem! We're a non-profit and our subscription service just disappeared!

Hello, Marc. Just (May 26, 2005) subscribed to the basic Premium service and wanted to give you a heads up. Our introductory free premium service says it won't expire until June 11, but the tab on the admin page was never active and I couldn't do any testing of the advanced Premium services like the Discussion Board. Thanks in advance for your help turning it on.

This is off topic, but I just activated baskc cobranding per your reply to a previous email. Thanks!
