My group can't see my changes to the discussion forum..... I have set up a couple catagories and forums and when I go into our discussion forum thru our calendar page, it doesn't show anything. But when I go thru my link: http://www.localendar.com/forums/clieberg it is all there??? I have the discussion forums checked in my preferences. I am trying to iron out all the kinks before I try to explain something to this group and it isn't there. Please advise. ps, I really love the sight, sort of confusing for someone that only dabbles in computers, but getting there. Thanks!! :) ---------------------------------------- |

The "Discussion Button" at the bottom of the calendar page still points to our "old" discussion forums, whereas the link you are using goes to the new ones. The new ones have been around long enough now that we really need to update the button to take visitors to the correct place. In the meantime, I would un-select the option to show the button. Instead, I would put some HTML in my calendar's footer to take visitors to the correct location e.g, <A HREF="http://www.localendar.com/forums/clieberg">Go to discussion forums</A> ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
