I have been e-mailing you through your "contact us" link for several days, and then through your support@ e-mail address. Finally that sent me an autoresponse saying that I had to post my problem here.

My "washingtones" account was autorenewed on 8/8 and I cannot find anywhere in my localendar settings to turn off autorenewal. I did not want it renewed, and in fact need to have it deleted. I would like a refund for the renewal.

If anyone is cruising this thread thinking about buying a subscription account, my decision to cancel is not based on anything bad about localendar; I lost my job and am no longer responsible for the calendar that was being used. (Which is also why the refund is so important to me.)

I see that you can't give pro-rated refunds, but I am requesting a full refund. If you aren't able to do that, either (Really? A refund is that hard in paypal??) then can you at least apply the credit to a different account that I own (MtMoriah).

You will need to log into your PayPal account to cancel your calendar and request a refund. The same response was sent to you via email.

Those responses were sent to me on August 12. I cancelled the subscription on Paypal on August 10, when I finally figured out that it couldn't be done on the localendar website. I am still waiting for the refund and waiting for this account to be deleted.
I do not see a way to "request a refund" on paypal, so I have opened a dispute, which will be closed as soon as the refund is issued.

We've reversed the Paypal transaction (sorry to hear about your job) but we haven't deleted your calendar. It still remains active just w/o the subscription. Please let us know if you want it deleted as well.

Hooray! I appreciate your help. I have received the paypal refund (every little bit helps) and yes, I would love for this account to go "poof" like the others I've seen in this thread. Please delete the "washingtones" account entirely. Thanks so much.

I need this account deleted. Thank you. I have asked for a refund-I had no idea it was on a recurring thing. I canceled that at Pay Pal as well. Thank you for being there through the years, we have closed our hall. Time to retire. :)
