Unable to access Premium Services I renewed my service on May 5th. Received PayPal confirmation, Credit Card has been posted. Any not Premium Services. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I even did a whois through Network Solutions to obtain a telephone number (no numbers on site) That phone number goes to a mail order house. HOW DO I GET MY SERVICE REACTIVATED!!! |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services Did you send emails or use the contact form for subscription issues? The form is the way to go, but the forums work just as well. Whois, etc is a lot more of a pain than just posting a quick note. You're all set. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services I am in the same boat and I did use the contact us form. I can't get any premium services yet. How long does it take to activate? I thought it said immediately. I have cleared cookies, history, offline pages, logged off and back on again 3 times. Maybe I missed something. Any ideas? |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services So do those fields in fact exist in your file? Have you downloaded the sample file (the link is on the import page) and compared it to the one you exported from Outlook? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services Good morning! We had similar troubles to those posted here, but in our case we had signed up last year to PayPal with the understanding we would be auto-renewed for our premium services and we were not. Was there a step we missed? |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services
Your subscription is due to auto-renew Aug 16, 2005. I'm not sure why your current one expired earlier, but I've extended it through the month of August. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services StTheresaParish, I don't see a PayPal record for this account. Is this the new account you created, or the one with the existing subscription? What is the account that should be renewed, but isnt? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

We love your service and started another calendar in our website for sports. I would like premium here as well for the add an event feature, but I am afraid to pay again! Re: Unable to access Premium Services StTheresaParish, this should be active. I don't know why the paypal receipt wasn't received sooner, but I was able to find it from the copy you sent. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Unable to access Premium Services Thanks for your response. It appears to be working fine now. I will send additional $$ for STS-Sports which expires 11/18. Since it is basketball season, to lose a week of adding events would be a problem. I would like to ensure a smooth transition if possible. Please be on the lookout :) Thanks again. PS>>>Can you tell me how to insert a link back to my website from the discussion board? Thanks. |
