I signed up for the premium service in which ads are not supposed to show up but they are still there. They were gone for a while after I signed up but now they are back.

Your premium webmaster subscription should mean you will receive no ads. Where are you still seeing them? Is it possible you are looking at an older (cached) version of a page?

If you are using IE, under Tools->Internet Options->Settings, make sure "Every visit to the page" is selected.
