Hi -

I am using localender to show a list of upcoming events on my company's webpage. I initially changed to colors of this view to match my page but the colors keep reverting back to the default. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Can someone help me fix this?

Thanks

The "Today+soon" style pretty much has a simple, default color scheme. The background color used is the same as the other "List-view" styles, which you can change under Options->Colors.

Marc,

That's exactly what I mean. That's where I changed the color scheme, but on the next login, it reverted to the default colors.

Any thoughts?

BTW - I must compliment you on the calendar in general and your service in particular. Thanks.

Hmmm.. I just changed the background to a sort of light-blue; and it stuck.

So my questions are:
1) Can you see this new light blue color, or do you still see the old gray?
2) Can you change it from light blue to something else (you are pressing Save Color Prefs, right? wink ) and does it stick?

For the moment it seems that I can change the colors and that they stick.

I've discovered that this is partly a browser dependent problem. When you access the calendar via an IFRAME in either Firefox or Flashpeak Slimbrowser, it doesn't get the right colors. In IE6, there doesn't seem to be a problem.

Marc,

Having this problem again. To reiterate: I use an inline frame to show the "today + happening soon" view on my company's webpage. The title color is set to blue (and saved wink ) in the preferences and when I"m logged in to the calendar on my PC the correct colors appear both on the localendar site and in the frame. When I log out, the colors revert to gray in the frame on my site. Wierd...

What do you think?

We don't re-save the colors when you sign-out, so this is strange...

I think maybe what's happening is your color prefs aren't being loaded correctly. When you sign in, we set the default colors, then attempt to load yours from the database. If there is a failure during that load, then you wind up with the defaults. I think using zipcode '00000' *may* be the cause here (a broken database join on our side)

I just changed your zip to something else; sign in and let me know if it works differently.

Sorry Marc. No change. When I'm logged in - no problem. When I log out, it stops working.

And you're using a calendar called radiologyut, correct (not a different account).

I'm totally stumped on this one. Can you sign up for a dummy account (any name, but use zip 10019 or some other valid one) and see if it's repeatable? I can't duplicate this behavior on my account.

Hi, there--

I too would really like to be able to customize the text font size and color, and the background, so that I can include the Today + Happening view in my Web page to match the design.

Is there a way to customize it in your application--or is there a way I can override your styles in my Web page? I want to change ONLY the Today + Happening settings--not the rest of the calendar views.

Thanks so much for this product--I've already made a beautiful calendar and passed the link to family and friends!!
