The Church has requested that you cancel the account and refund the $29 you withdrew from PayPal. We cannot find anything related to cancelation on your site and nothing regarding automatic renewal yet, you withdrew $29 from our paypal account. We submitted a support ticket but have yet to receive a response. The Church would like this refunded immediately and the account cancelled. William Allen Incarnation Catholic Church |

By logging into your paypal account, you can cancel the subscription so no subsequent payments will be withdrawn. We too have been attempting to contact support to have our payment for premium services refunded. I have been contacting them since 8/26 and have received no reply. Thanks and good luck! Have you begun using another calendar site? |

I have cancelled the account in Paypal. Now we need to get the funds returned. I hope they feel good holding out on the Boyscouts and a Church. |

Sheesh - you folks sure are impatient. I'm sorry that you didn't receive an immediate response. It's not like 4 days is an eternity!
What a ridiculous statement. When I saw your message, I acted on it. No one is "holding out on you". Some advice that might help you out in life: Not everyone is your enemy. I appreciate the refund. Let me give you a little advice. I may be wrong but I honestly can't remember a single support issue we submitted to localender that didn't receive a smug or arrogant response. I realize this is just a toy to you but you need to learn how to treat people with a little respect. Remember, what goes around comes around and one day your actions will hurt your integrity. Have a wonderful life – we’ll pray for you. |

No need. As an eagle scout myself, I pay particular attention to the Oath; particularly to the parts about being Courteous, Kind, and Reverant. Please pass this along to those in your care. I'm sorry you feel you haven't been treated fairly. I can't imagine why that might be. Oh wait - maybe it's statements like this one:
