I would like to request a refund for something billed to my paypal account. I've cancelled the subscription with PayPal, but no longer use the calendar.

The username is mapleavenue. What else do you need to accomplish this request?

I'd like to know why I was charged for my subscription a month in advance. I was planning to cancel and thought I had a little time to discuss this with my board. Please cancel my subscription and process a refund to my paypal account.

Thanks

We add on your initial free trial month to the end of your subscription so you get the 12 months you paid for in addition to what new members get for free.
But Paypal looks at your subscription from the date of payment.

Paypal may also charge in advance because in the event of a failed payment (which happens quite often) they want the ability to notify & retry before services expire

Yes, that was in your original request. I just wanted to let you know about how the renewals worked.
