I just added a discussion board to our calendar, and when you click on the link under the calendar it does not show up. Help!! LD |

Ugh - somehow the *old* link to our previous "Discussion Topics" is being incorrectly displayed. That's an emergency fix right there... OK - I think things should be correct now. Thanks, but it was working last night. I even did a test post. Now it is showing someone elses incomplete forum! Help!! LD |

When i click the discussion button under our calendar, this is what I get: (this is NOT our forum, not sure whose it is!) Wow, I can't believe this is taking so long to get this fixed. Is there not a better way to contact someone when there is a problem???? This has been a really embarrasing situation to be in! I thought all the problems were taken care of, so I sent an announcement to our members to try the new discussion board, and now they are being taken to someone elses page! It makes me look like I don't know what I am doing, and I have no power to fix it!! Our members are all wondering what is going on, and I am having to take the time out of my very busy schedule to answer all their questions on this, and there is no support to help execpt every few days or so?? If there is no other help besides this support board, could someone at least check it once a day? LD |

I'm trying to replicate your issue. I posted a response on the 4th, you responded on the 5th, and I have been trying to replicate your issue. Today is the 6th. I still haven't heard anything yet.....is this being fixed? Please let us know. The reason we paid for the premium service was to be able to utilize the discussion board. LD |

I'm clicking the exact same link (from your public calendar) and getting the results page that I posted. So, it's hard to fix when I can't get the problem duplicated. The shortcut is: http://www.localendar.com/forums/pearlcal Problem is, when I click the link from my PC, it goes to the correct discussion board. When I follow the link from my laptop, it takes me to the incorrect discussion board, as well as the other members of our group. I have checked the shortcut on both my pc and laptop, and they both appear to show the same thing. Or is not the correct url? Also, this may be of help....our calendar is located on our website on a password only section. LD |
