What is going on I paid for premium webmaster and still do not have premium service I have sent multiple emails and still no response........is there a number I can call my time is limited NEED HELP PLEASE! Does anyone know what I need to do?

gerberbt - I see your subscription was already activated, so I'm not sure I understand your post.

Mark, we were using just the Premium service cost 9.00 and change. On Monday we sent in $29.00 and change to upgrade to
premium webmaster and still do not have premium webmaster service but do have Premium. I may be wrong but the services offered for the 29.00 service is not available for me to activate. Check it out and see if I m correct. Thanks, Gerberbt

Hi Mark, I owe you an apology for the subscription was activated as you said. I always tell all who use the Computer to read, read, the instructions and I was a big offender of my own rules. We are back on track and again thanks for your understand.
