We renewed our premium webmaster account, but when we try to use some of the premium webmaster features get the message that the account has expired.

Sorry - I've taken care of your account. As you may have noticed in the Announcements forum, we finally got sick of all the PayPal communication problems and decided to chuck their stuff and write our own. There were a few pains in switching - but hopefully we're in a lot better shape going forward.
