I purchased the WEBMASTER version of the paid calendar and yet my premium services only show up on one calendar... How do I get them on all of my calendars?

Premium Webmaster, Premium Basic, and Premium Cobrander apply only to the calendar for which they were purchased.

If you have multiple calendar/member names, a separate subscription is required for each.

With Premium Cobrander Deluxe, it is possible to set up an unlimited number of calendars, and each one will have all the features of Premium Webmaster.
