I am having a few errors with your service...#1...being able to contact you with problems. I have left several messages through "contact us" and through this forum...with no attempt from you on answered questions. next issue...I need help with my paid account to be processed...it has been several days...account is emsk next issue...on another one of my paid accounts...midwaycity...there is an issue with adding events. It only works with firefox. No computer that I go to will let internet explorer add any event. It gives an error message. I used your fully interactive iframe suggestion. However, when the page is refreshed after a first attempt then it works. Why does it take so long to get any response from support????? |

As noted in previous threads, email notifications seem to be lagging. I've updated your subscription manually. It would also be helpful if you could post the actual error text as opposed to the general "It gives an error message" (imagine telling your mechanic, "My car wont start, there is a light on the dashboard". What would he ask next ![]() We had some developers at JavaOne last week, so support resources were also strained. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

OH...ok... well, I just thought there were so many people already commenting on with the same error message...that I wouldn't have to repeat it again. It only happens with ie. Here is the exact error message. "Oops ! We encountered an error while trying to process your request. Our system administrator has been notifed. Please click here to return to localendar." Also...here is the exact url... http://midwaycityut.org/calendar.htm I have also left several messages in other areas of the forum. |

There is no option there to allow users to add events. I paid for the subscription, about a month ago...still hasn't been upgraded. No printable button on view and no way to add events |

It's there (and your subscription has been active since 5/14) Under Options, on the very first tab (and right next to each other) are: Allow Visitors to Add Calendar Events (more information...) and "Printable View" button on Public Calendar ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

AH...you finally fixed it. You see this is not my only account with Localendar. I know what to expect. And since I contacted you...you fixed it. Please extend the contract as per yesterday's date. |
