I work for a school district. We sent a check for the webmaster premium service over a month ago. Our service has not been activated. How do I get this done? I have submitted three contact us forms - here are the last two ticket #'s 99882 and 99022. I need to get the ads off of our calendar - we are having parent complaints about some of the ads being inappropriate for a school. I saw them and agree. We must pay by check and can not do the pay pal or credit card form over the web. How long does it take for localendar to process our check and activated our service? I am getting real frustrated. |
