I am interested in the Premium package and would like to place my own advertising banners on my calendar. Is that possible and is anyone else doing this that I can see an example?

Since you can enter your own html for the calendar header and footer, you are completely free to include ad code their for your own site. I don't have any examples handy, but it's relatively straightforward. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
