How long do past events remain on my calendar? I like for folks to be able to view where this ministry has served in the past. Thanks in advance for your help.

A one-time recurring event or repeating events that have an end-date are typically stored for at least 2 years from their last occurrence. We archive the old events off-line, but that's currently what is kept online.

You can always export old data from your calendar if you would like to keep a personal archive (Import/Export on the Premium menu)
