We have purcahsed the premium package, but when I click on Export on the Premium menu, I get taken to a blank white screen. I have tried this on mulitple computers, what is the problem?

I suspect this may be related to the ongoing database performance issues we're having. Please keep an eye on the Annoucements section for more information. When things are stable, I will re-check your account (currently, that feature is working correctly - when the site it working cool

)

What exactly am I looking for in the Annoucements section. We need to get this calendar exported quickly.... is there anything else we can do?

What exactly am I looking for in the Annoucements section.

Basically, just the thread that talks about the site issues and gives updates as to our progress.

Iwas able to get into the exports page and I installed the plug in. I then selected a range of dates and clicked on SyncNow. The Web Sync box came up and in it was the statement "There were no data objects of this type".

So, no sych occurred... what did I do wrong?
