When I make changes to an event and click "update" none of the changes are saved. This has been happening since 5/1. Is there a system-wide problem? |

Things are working normally for me (and no code changes for the past week). Are you not seeing the changes because your browser is caching an old version of the page? For IE, under Tools->Internet Options->Settings, make sure "every visit to the page" is selected. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Dear Technician, I have experienced this problem in the past ... calendar not updating with changes. The catch page thing is not the problem. This has happened to me in the past and I have been a subscriber to your service for 7 years. It is most frustrating when my clients are counting on accurate updates and they are not going through! Please advise as to how this problem can be corrected as soon as possible. Thank you. Coast Mountain R.V. & Trailer Rentals |

These could easily be mixed issues based on your other post (are you marking them as Public)? Cached pages *are* a problem for some users, so we can't dismiss that because it isn't the root cause of your problem. Another possibility is that the member is pasting a large amount of text from Word into the description field (which creates horrible HTML under the covers) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
