Our HOA has been paying for premium services and all of a sudden we are seeing ads on our calendar...

What's going on?

I show that the "avscheduling" calendar expired 12/25/09. If you have made a recent payment to PayPal send me your information and I can look into this further.

If your HOA doesn't use PayPal ... how do we go about paying the $9.95, who do we make the check out to, and where do we mail it?

Hi Sarah,

The treasurer of our HOA showed me that check# 3319 for $9.95 for premium renewal was written to localendar on 12/1/2009 and cleared our bank on 1/31/2010.

Please provide information regarding the handling of our Premium renewal and also remove the ad's from our calendar as the Premium service provides.

Thanks for your assistance,
Ron H.

I will look into the check for you, thank you for the information.

To answer your other post...you can find your expiration date to the left of your calendar under the "subscribe now" icon. Checks can be mailed to:
Localendar.com
9 Hankins Rd.
Sussex, NJ 07641

Hi Sarah,

What's the status of your research. We renewed our Premium Subscription in December 2009 before it expired. You processed the check and it cleared our bank in January 2010.

We should not be seeing the Ad's on our calendar and we are.

Please turn the ad's off or our Homeowners Association may look for Calendar services somewhere else.

Thanks,
Ron H.

I have given you another 30 days of the calendar as a "free" service until we clear up the issue. I'm waiting on an answer from accounting.

Thanks for your patience,

BUT we are still seeing advertisements even though we have paid for premium service.

Would someone please remove the advertisements while accounting figures out what happened on the money side? We have the cleared check back that we wrote Dec 1, 2009.
