Hi, I have added an event and the I want to add a reminder to multiple email-addresses. How do I do? I made a test and told the system that I wanted to have a reminder 10 minutes before the event and put my email-address in the reminder-area but nothing happened. Please help. You can separate multiple email addresses with a comma. Two other users recently complained about not receiving reminders. In one case, we set up a test event and I got the reminder, but she did not. I advised her to check her spam/junk folders and also contact her ISP to make sure we werent blocked for some reason. In the 2nd case, I've offered to set up a test event to diagnose the member's problem but havent heard back yet.
