Is anybody monitoring these forums? Our businesses are at risk and this has been ignored for close to 12 hours now. We can't log in! It just sends back to the home page. Your website is broken! |

The "support" contact, Marc Higgins, is currently offline. I'm guessing there's a limited number (maybe just him) of people who "fix" this website, and, given that support's last e-mail pegged at 2am ET, he's probably asleep. |

They have a twitter account: http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news I tweeted @ them. Hopefully someone will get an alert? If its even being monitored... |

I can't log in, either. Must be across the board. Sure hope it's fixed soon. I know we ALL rely on our calendars! This is not good. |

Having same issues for my calendars too. Had a quick update to make and it has turned into a 30 minute nightmare and am giving up for now. |

It appears "support" has flipped the "fix the website" switch. Thank you for doing that, support. |

As several have already commented, this issue has been resolved. It was caused by a patch last night to fix the cobranding signup issue reported by ifxonline. Unfortunately, a bug was introduced related to loading a user's preferences when they first signed in, which was preventing logins from completing. The forums don't allow us to collapse the multiple threads that were opened for this issue, so I'm going to leave a few to serve as a record of this incident, and clean up the rest to preserve readability. I saw a few comments in the vein "this has been going on for months" but as noted above, this was caused by a patch yesterday evening. If you have outstanding sign-on or access issues, please open a separate support ticket so we can assist you. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
